Why We Needed The Product Or Why We Chose To Try It?:

My daughter is 21 months old, almost 22 months old and she has had eczema and minor skin sensitivities pretty much since birth. She was a winter baby, so being brought into the world during such a cold season was tough on her little skin.

It seems like her eczema seems to act up as soon as we have a cold snap like we have had over the past couple of weeks. By now, we having gotten pretty good at preventing it by the wash we bathe her and what we use on her skin. But, over the past couple of weeks, she has had one little dry spot on her cheek that was red, flaky and just looked downright uncomfortable.

I have exercised extreme care when washing her face after eating and during bath time and tried several of our usual products on the little spot. We are big fans of the Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief™ products and also use Vaseline™… you would be amazed at what a little dab of just plain old Vaseline™ can heal. Anyhow, not of our usual treatments have been working on this little spot.

This past Sunday we were out at Target and when looking for something new to try I decided on the Boudreaux’s Baby Kisses™. We mainly decided to try it because we love the Boudreaux’s Butt Paste™ and know what a miracle cream it is. I can pretty much use it anywhere that my little one (or any one of us) has a skin irritation and it is clear within a day or two. I know it seems weird to use a product for your tushy other places, but it is great for chapped, red, irritated skin…. LOVE the stuff! Our pediatrician recommended it when our little one was just a couple months old and we have been in love with it every since. Anyhow, this go around though, I wanted something specific for face… just to be on the safe side.

So, we decided on the Baby Kisses™ so see if we could help give our toddler some relief. I have used the product twice a day on her cheeks since Sunday and as of today (Wednesday) the place is completely healed and the skin looks healthy and normal. Exactly what I would expect from a Boudreaux’s product!

Would I Recommend This Product To Others?:

You bet! It’s a great product for lips and cheeks and leave your little one’s or your skin soft and healthy.

Do I Feel Like The Product Is A Fair Value?

Definitely! At $2.99 it’s a steal. It takes just a tiny dab, so unless I wind-up stealing it to soothe chapped lips this winter… it should last us a while.
