Okay, so apparently I picked up some awful stomach virus over the holidays and my husband caught is as well. We are just praying that our 2 year daughter doesn’t come down with it. We have been in such rough shape I actually had to call my mom and ask her to come and drive 2 hours from out of town today today to help me take care of my daughter… my little one was getting stir crazy and needed some attention- poor thing.

I won’t even tell you about the trip to Walgreen’s that I had to make with my toddler on Christmas day to get some ice, Sprite and Gatorade… wasn’t pretty, but it’s probably the first time one 20-ish year old young guy has ever looked at a mom and felt sorry for her. Poor guy… might not ever have kids after seeing me!

Anyhow, just wanted to check in and let you know what’s going on. Savings Sunday will probably be late this week. I am still pretty ill and just doing what I need to around the house and with my daughter to get by at this point.
