We are a Crayola household. In my opinion they make some of the best art supplies around, especially their washable markers and their crayons are practically in every room in our house! Being a mom comes with lots of ‘learning curves.’ For me, one of the biggest learning curves was learning how messy kids are! Something else I have learned is that the ‘messiness’ doesn’t really go away as they get older… it just evolves! We went from projectile spit-up with a new born to now big kid messes such as marker make-up, ice cream drizzles and SO much more!

I shared my ‘tip’ for how I handle life’s sticky situations and you should too! It’s so much fun reading and getting a giggle out of the stuff other parents have endured… makes me feel as though I have not been alone! Here’s an example of a ‘sticky situation’ from back a year and a half ago…

The half-up, half down pony tail from playing outside, along with the silly face make this a ‘sticky situation’ to remember!! Full-on kid mode and I love moments like this.

Our gal was born early and battled infant respiratory distress. When she was an infant they informed us that she would be more susceptible to respiratory illnesses.
